**Technical Business Analyst**

**What That Actually Involves**
- Partner with stakeholders across business divisions to understand business needs
- Create presentations, reports, and budgets to the executive team to support recommendations and to seek project approval
- Improve training and operational procedures within the business to increase efficiency and productivity
- Document detailed requirements for projects
- Lead the software selection process with stakeholders
- Manage projects from concept to execution, including the creation of projects plans, meeting facilitation and the provision of meetings minutes with actionable items
- Create and execute change management plans to drive the successful adoption and usage of new process and technologies by the impacted stakeholders
- Provide training workshops and documentation to stakeholders
- Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools to discover the most impactful insights
- Periodic travel around the US and Canada for software implementation and adoption, as well as to understand business operations
- Other related duties as assigned

**Experience**/Requirements**
- Completion of post-secondary education in business, computer science, or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a technical business analyst or related role
- Solid working knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM and ERP e.g., Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Hubspot and Salesforce. Having Salesforce experience is advantageous.
- Proven experience with high level planning, problem solving and analysis
- Good working knowledge with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban
- Demonstrated experience of working with software developers
- Strong communication skills and the ability to draw out the needs and requirements of the business leaders
- A natural curiosity and desire to understand "why" things are the way they are
- A quick learner that can be put into new situations and quickly become a domain expert
- Good analytical skills, along with being able to conceptualize, design and document new features and business requirements
- Good time-management skills
- Good attention to details and team player
- Possession of sound decision-making and prioritization skills
