**The Role**:
The **Print Services and Program Delivery Records Coordinator** is responsible for the day to day coordination and administration of Agricorp’s print and mail requirements as well as records management processes for Program Delivery. This position will act as the main point for contact related to print, mail and records services providing consultative, hands on-support with external vendors and internal stakeholders in order to meet quality standards and delivery timelines. In this role, you will:

- Coordinate timely and accurate production of Agricorp’s print projects by collaborating with internal clients clarifying needs and expectations while clearly articulating and interpreting these expectations to contracted service vendors
- Provide direction and support to various departments in the day-to-day coordination, monitoring and delivery of printed and mailed materials while maintaining departmental standards for quality, accuracy and timely delivery of customer documentation
- Resolve minor issues and identify, escalate and make recommendations to resolve more complex issues that require further investigation for printing and mailing
- Engage in troubleshooting and solve printing and mailing delays by coordinating alternative methods (i.e. manual stuffing) with Program Delivery and contracted service vendors
- Manage tracking and inventory of supplies for printed and mailed materials to ensure corporate delivery needs are met by standard deadlines
- Ensure effective inbound/outbound mail distribution adhering to established standard operating procedures and quality standards
- Acts as main point of contact for print services, mail and records management inquires within Customer Care
- Maintains records management processes for Program Delivery in line with corporate standards and guidelines
- Ensures Program Delivery documents are filed in a timely fashion and are maintained according to standards; coordinates the annual archive process for Program Delivery files
- Act as a point of contact with customers to clarify information and help customers understand expectations around printing and mailing materials
- Participate in the development and maintenance of the annual business calendar and provide managerial reports to monitor customer satisfaction with printing and mailing
- Ensure that invoice reconciliations for printed and mailed materials are reported accurately
- Maintains monthly statistical reporting for all print, mail and records management, reporting to Manager for monthly/quarterly Operational Reports
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality while working with business sensitive documentation
- Establish and maintain working relationships with external service providers

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a print service environment
- Strong understanding of print production and mailing techniques and practices
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment with excellent customer service and administrative skills
- Experience using fax machines, scanners, photocopiers and printers
- Experience with inventory control and procurement
- Demonstrated ability to work with various levels of staff and third-party service providers
- Post-secondary education (degree or diploma) in a related field (i.e. forms design, graphic design) or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Additional training in project management an asset
- Experience in the agricultural sector an asset
