**Working as a Junior IT and Office Technician at Lolë (part time position)**

As a **_Junior IT & Office Technician_** working for Lolë you will be interacting with all the employees, support them in the use of technology on a daily basis, help coordinate with third-party consultants, participate in projects and contribute to the expansion of our activities.

You will be responsible for helping our employees be at their best and maximize their productivity through technology and support our daily administrative activities in the office.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide technical assistance on computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of the company assets (Computers, printers, software licenses) including the procurement of new equipment and phase-out/recycle old one.
- Help in the configuration of our IT assets: install, modify, configure and debug computer hardware and software, printer and copier support. Set up computers and accounts for new employees (onboarding & offboarding).
- Support the monitoring of servers and collaborate with consultants on their maintenance.
- Develop, maintain and document related procedures.
- Provide escalation support to the IT Manager.
- Office and administrative tasks: buying supplies for office, coordination with maintenance, etc.
- Support HR-related activities like help out organizing corporate events.
- Perform other tasks related to his / her area of expertise.

**Skills**
- Speaking French and English is a must as this position will interact with people from various countries.
- Applicants must physically be in the Greater Montreal Area and be willing to be present at our office 2-3 times a week for setting up equipment, mail, etc.
- AEC or diploma related to the IT field (MIS - Management of Information System) an asset but not mandatory.
- Good communications skills and desire to help people.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows operating systems).
- Experience with Office 365, Active Directory and File Storage systems are an asset.
