Kennel Attendant - Cleaning Shift
- Have strong attention to detail

- Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
- Be reliable, motivated, a self starter, able to work alone, hard working and extremely trustworthy
- Be punctual and willing to come in early on exceptionally busy days
- Willing to work with any breed, behavior and temperament of dog
- Work a flexible schedule including morning, evening and weekend shifts (as well as holidays)

Daily responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Perform Kennel Operation/Daily Duties which include but are not limited to: feed/water dogs, let dogs out for potty breaks, disinfect kennels, scoop poop, do laundry, clean/disinfect hallways, office and daycare room.
- Administer medication to boarding guests
- Laundry
- Handling dogs of all ages, sizes, and breeds
- Assist with basic grooming
- Report incidents/near miss scenarios to the acting supervisor
- Maintain a safe environment for guests
- Supervise group play as well as spend time with non-social and long term boarding dogs

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From $16.53 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekend availability

All customers and staff are required to wear a mask during office hours.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
