**Overview**
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating an inviting atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages and food items. Your commitment to excellent customer service and attention to detail will ensure that each guest has a memorable experience.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as food items such as pastries and sandwiches.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order taking and cash handling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests.
- Experience in food handling and knowledge of food safety practices.
- Proficiency in operating POS systems for efficient transaction processing.
- Cash handling experience, ensuring accurate cash management during shifts.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing time efficiently.
- Previous experience in food service or cashiering is preferred but not required.
- A willingness to help team members and contribute positively to the workplace culture.
