On behalf of Facility Plus, Essence seeks a **Customer Service Onboarding Team Member** to service our commercial and retail customers across North America. This role involves leading a team focused on growing the preferred partner network in the USA.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Calling preferred partners in the USA (plumbers, electricians etc.) to grow our partner network.
- Vetting and growing our preferred partner network, ensuring they meet our extensive insurance requirements
- Act as a liaison between customers and preferred partners.
- Maintain consistent, effective, and up-to-date office operations utilizing updates to technology.

**Requirements**:
Post-secondary education or a combination of experience and education.

Past experience in telemarketing, accounts receivable, or business development background

Experience in the Facility Services and Building Maintenance Industry is preferred.

Proven successful work history, leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Strong technical skills, working with Microsoft Office, CRM, and databases.
