The Emerging Business Model (EBM) Tech team exists to deliver contextually relevant financial security that delight customers and partners in their moment of need. We design, build, and deliver digital first platform and services that enable data differentiated and hyper-personalized insurance propositions within ecosystem partners‘ experiences. **How you will create impact**:

- Actively managing project activities, including scope development and managing risks and assumptions, and resolving conflicting priorities with stakeholders
- Chairing meetings within the project structure and managing the project backlog and prioritization process.
- Facilitate scope development with stakeholders.
- Ensure successful delivery of the key deliverables, taking corrective action as required partner with the change management practitioners.
- Actively manage the plan, scope, risk, quality and resources, resolve conflicting priorities with program stakeholders and manage risks/assumptions.
- Build a positive and motivating project team environment. Provide input to project team members performance reviews.
- Integrate change management activities such as communication and training into project plans.
- Anticipate and manage project issues. Communicate the impact of these issues and facilitate solutions.
- Adapt to changing priorities and ensure resources are applied appropriately to ensure project success.

- You build trusting relationships and provide guidance to support the development of colleagues.

**To join our team**:

- 5 years successful experience working within the Information or Business Systems profession or related business experience.
- You have a post-secondary degree in Business or a related discipline.
- You have a track record for successful project execution.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or actively working on acquiring this designation.
- Successful project life cycle experience with strong knowledge of project management and systems development.
- Ability to switch between initiatives and understand impacts is a key role in ensuring work progresses at pace in, what at times can be, an unstructured environment.
- Prior experience of working at an InsureTech or Insurance company is a big plus
- Prior migration experience (system/ data) is an added advantage
