**Responsibilities**:

- Superviser les opérations d'un entrepôt de 600 000 pieds carrés dans plusieurs bâtiments
- Diriger et gérer les projets d'agrandissement de l'entrepôt
- Diriger, motiver et développer une équipe d'entrepôt de plus de 200 employés afin de fournir un service inégalé et des expéditions le jour même
- Élaborer des normes et des procédures opérationnelles et les mettre en œuvre afin de garantir la réalisation des objectifs de productivité
- Soutenir une entreprise en pleine croissance en gérant des projets d'expansion et en s'attaquant aux problèmes engendrés par l’accroissement
- Capacité d'analyser des données et prévoir les besoins dans l'avenir (planification de la main-d'œuvre, affectation de personnel, besoins en capitaux, etc. ;)
- Collaborer avec le service de la logistique pour le transport et la disponibilité des stocks
- Garantir la santé et la sécurité au travail en élaborant des procédures sécuritaires et des politiques de santé et de sécurité
- Veiller à l'exactitude des stocks

- Oversee operations of 600,000 square-feet, multi-building warehouse space;
- Lead and manage warehouse expansion projects
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of 200+ warehouse employees to deliver unparalleled service and same day shipping.
- Develop standards, operating procedures and the execution thereof to ensure productivity targets are achieved;
- Support a growing company by managing expansion projects and tackling on growing pains;
- Ability to analyze data and predict future needs (labour planning, staffing, capital requirements, etc.);
- Collaborate with the Logistics team for stock transportation and availability.
- Ensuring workplace health and safety through development of safe working procedures and Health & Safety policies.
- Ensuring the accuracy of the inventory

**Qualifications**:

- Formation postsecondaire, un baccalauréat est privilégié
- Connaissance des systèmes de gestion d'entrepôt (Infor/TWL et ProShip) privilégié
- Expérience avec des systèmes automatisés d'entreposage et de récupération
- Expérience en gestion et conception de réseaux de distribution multisites
- Priorise les processus et l'amélioration continue
- Expérience en indicateurs de rendement
- Capacité pour le multitâche dans un milieu à pression élevée
- Fortes habiletés interpersonnelles et de communication
- Bilinguisme (écrit et orale)

- Warehouse Management Systems experience (Infor/TWL and ProShip) preferred.
- Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS)
