Alpha Ministries Canada is a national Christian non-profit organization with creative and highly motivated people that work together to serve the Church in Canada. Alpha has an exciting opportunity for an individual to be at the forefront in supporting the vision & mission of Alpha Canada in the Chinese context, serving Chinese-speaking churches and churches serving Chinese communities, supporting them in their mission of evangelization through Cantonese and Mandarin Alpha products, including the new Chinese Alpha Film Series.

The role of the Advisor (Chinese Context) will have the responsibility of building relationships and coaching leaders to maximize the potential of the Chinese Alpha Film Series in their communities and local context and identify potential future Alpha leaders and volunteers.

- Build and maintain relationships with pastors, pastoral staff, priests, deacons, clergy and lay leadership to advance the gospel in Chinese churches and contexts.
- Promote best practices of Alpha and model the Alpha DNA and culture, as well as create innovative approaches in responding to the Chinese context
- Meet with local volunteer leaders within the region to envision, encourage, develop, support, listen to feedback and promote the partnerships of local training events and other joint events.
- Lead, host or collaborate in webinars and other events.
