Over the course of the last 5 years, our business has grown significantly. To help us continue to grow and deliver a top-notch customer experience we've got an immediate opening for a customer service obsessed BBQ and Fireplace Sales Associate to join our team.

We're looking for a passionate, and experienced sales associate to join our team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be a key member of our sales team ensuring that every customer has an exceptional experience by suggesting the right products and services necessary to fulfill their needs. A passion for service and a willingness to develop product knowledge are key components of this role.

**How you'll make an impact**:

- Ensure that every customer experience exceeds the customer’s expectations.
- Proactively provide all Chadwick’s customers with expertise and assistance.
- Promote add-on sales, product benefits, and services such as installation.
- Quote projects, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Use computer software and POS systems as required.
- Keep the store organized and stocked.
- Ensure that items are priced and labeled correctly.
- Order items for customers.

**The skills we’re looking for**:

- Passionate about BBQing, grilling, and a foodie at heart.
- Knowledge of home renovations and fireplace installations.
- Welcoming, professional, and attentive to the needs of our customers.
- Team player and a willingness to adapt to the needs of the business.
- 2+ years of sales and customer service experience.
- Proficient with computers, able to learn new software and processes.
- Strong Communications skills (verbal and written).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and hard-working.
- Lifelong learner and interested in self-development.
- This is a physically demanding job and you must be able to lift 50 lbs. and go up and down stairs to retrieve stock.
