**General Manager - Bruce County Import Dealership**
UPAUTO is looking for a Team Oriented General Manager or an Assistant General Manager looking to grow. We are a growing dealer group looking to expand and we require team members who want to grow with us.
**Duties and responsibilities include (but not limited to)**:
**Business Management**
- Active involvement in Business Planning process including forecasting sales volume, gross profit, and controllable expenses.
- Strategic participation in vehicle inventory mix and maintenance supporting business objectives and budgets.
- Identifying, interpreting, and continually engaging key performance metrics and processes, ensuring achievement of department objectives.
**Team Development**
- Responsible for recruiting, development, and retention of top talent.
- Regular coaching and reporting to staff of key performance indicators, encouraging achievement of individual and department objectives.
- Establishment of employee objectives, supporting attainment through strategic guidance and individual accountability measures.
**Marketing, Referral & Retention**
- Active collaboration in the development and execution of the Dealership’s marketing strategy to conquest customers.
- Actively engaging the Dealership’s database, including lease portfolio, Service database as well as leveraging all referral opportunities.
We are looking for someone who has different levels of experience in our business that really understands both the Variable and the Fixed Operation of our business. Preferably with a strong background in Used Vehicle retailing. You are a determined and ambitious individual, skilled at developing, motivating, and retaining best-in-class talent. Your experience as a professional leader and coach will ensure your success in achievement of the Dealership’s objectives.
