These days we are looking for interlock professional installers to join our family. We are building people’s dreams and we need people who willing to help us with our mission.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of proven experience in interlock installation and hardscaping.
- Strong knowledge of interlocking paver installation techniques, including excavation, grading, base preparation, and jointing.
- Proficiency in the use of a variety of hand and power tools and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and project specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an asset.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install interlocking pavers, retaining walls, natural stone, and other hardscaping materials in accordance with project specifications and design plans.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools and equipment, including but not limited to saws, drills, compactors and grinders.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure that all materials and equipment are available and organized for each job.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Wages and positions will be based on experience as well as your probationary period results.

**Salary**: $27.00-$40.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:
