**Interviews** (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities

**Case study**: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

**Job description**:
We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our **Information Systems & Digital team in Quebec City**. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.

You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as **Project Manager**.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Plan, execute and manage IT projects according to the defined scope, timeline and budget
- Ensure that project goals and objectives are achieved within the defined scope, timeline and budget
- Provide project leadership by developing and managing project teams and resources
- Build and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide project status updates to stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Monitor project performance against project plans and provide regular status reports
- Provide coaching and guidance to project team members as needed
- Ensure adherence to project management standards and methodologies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration or any other relevant training or work experience deemed equivalent
- Minimum experience of five (5) years as an IT project manager, ideally 10 years
- Strong negotiation and conflict management skills, as well as proven leadership skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills that are solution-oriented and continuous improvement-oriented
- Knowledge and experience in the use of a planning and tracking tool
- Knowledge in the use of JIRA (an asset)
- Understanding of digital technologies and approaches such as customer journey analysis, CX-UX-UI
- Excellent knowledge of French, both oral and written
- Advanced knowledge of English, both oral and written, is an asset
