**IT Technician / Technicien informatique**

We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional to join our team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to troubleshoot various IT issues efficiently.

As part of our internal IT team your responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to internal users of the company.
- Install, test, and update computer equipment, in a context where security is critical to the company's mission.
- Ensure the technical integration of new company resources.
- Maintain the internal network as well as the VPN, in a hybrid work environment.
- Monitor and resolve internal security incidents.
- Monitor system backups.
- Draft and maintain technical procedures.
- Maintain inventory of IT assets.
- Participate in security audits.
- Very occasionally, travel to employees' locations to provide assistance

**Special Requirements / Certifications**:Special Requirements/Certifications**
- AEC or DEC diploma in computer technology.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a computer technician in a hybrid work environment.
- Knowledge of networking (Firewall, switch, WiFi access points).
- Strong experience in conducting technical diagnostics in person and remotely.
- Able to automate the deployment of workstations on MacOS and Windows.
- Basic knowledge of various Cloud solutions (Azure, AWS).
- Patient, resourceful, and enjoys assisting colleagues.
- Methodical and organized in their work approach.
- Proficient in both spoken and written French and English.

Nous recherchons un professionnel de l'assistance informatique pour rejoindre notre équipe. Ce poste requiert d'excellentes compétences en communication et la capacité de résoudre efficacement divers problèmes informatiques.

En tant que membre de notre équipe informatique interne, vos responsabilités seront les suivantes:

- Fournir une assistance technique aux utilisateurs internes de l'entreprise.
- Installer, tester et mettre à jour le matériel informatique, dans un contexte où la sécurité est essentielle à la mission de l'entreprise.
- Assurer l'intégration technique des nouvelles ressources de l'entreprise.
- Maintenir le réseau interne ainsi que le VPN, dans un environnement de travail hybride.
- Suivre et résoudre les incidents de sécurité interne.
- Contrôler les sauvegardes des systèmes.
- Rédiger et maintenir des procédures techniques.
- Maintenir l'inventaire des actifs informatiques.
- Participer aux audits de sécurité.
- Très occasionnellement, se rendre sur le lieu de travail des employés pour leur fournir une assistance.

- Diplôme AEC ou DEC en informatique.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant que technicien informatique dans un environnement de travail hybride.
- Connaissance des réseaux (Firewall, switch, points d'accès WiFi).
- Forte expérience dans la réalisation de diagnostics techniques en personne et à distance.
- Capacité à automatiser le déploiement de postes de travail sous MacOS et Windows.
- Connaissance de base des différentes solutions Cloud (Azure, AWS).
- Patient, débrouillard et aimant aider ses collègues.
- Méthodique et organisé dans son approche de travail.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
