As a Child Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children in our care, managing a team of child care professionals, and ensuring that our facility is clean, organized and well-maintained.**_

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the child care facility.**_

- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.**_

- Develop and implement age-appropriate programs and activities that support children's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.**_

- Lead, manage and mentor a team of child care professionals.**_
- **Provide guidance, support, and feedback to staff members.**_

- Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage at all times.**_

- Communicate with parents, guardians, and staff to ensure that everyone is up-to-date on children's progress and any concerns are addressed promptly.**_

- Manage and maintain records and documentation related to the child care facility.**_

- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations related to child care.**_

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
