Overview:
We are seeking skilled Subcontractor with there own company to join our team. Must have own wcb and insurance. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for completing various construction projects efficiently and to high-quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize expertise in directional drilling, installing fiber optic drops for customers in Stoney plain, Alberta area.
- Follow project plans and specifications to meet client expectations.
- Ensure compliance with with standards.
- Manage project timelines effectively and communicate progress to the project manager.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in construction and subcontracting roles using directional drills.
- Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment related to construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)

- Driver's License (preferred)
