**Jr. Transport Analyst**

**Job Summary**:
The Logistics team is looking Jr. Transport Analyst to join their team. You will report to the Director, Global Logistics, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective transportation operations of the inbound, outbound, and customs departments. You must be a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in logistics and transportation management.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct and manage KPI-driven analyses related to cargo movement, encompassing but not limited to inbound international freight, domestic freight, customs compliance, and duty;
- Evaluate current operational processes and actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Global Logistics Department;
- Provide support to internal stakeholders during Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and budget exercises;
- Monitor suppliers of finished goods and identify and address any inconsistencies in a timely manner;
- Utilize our data warehouse to extract information, modify existing reports, and develop new reports using Microsoft PowerBI;
- Assist in the integration of external partners into our Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring quality control by participating in testing activities;
- Maintain a crucial internal cross-functional tool pertaining to the landed cost of our finished goods;
- Engage in direct communication with suppliers to address compliance issues and streamline processes;
- Collaborate closely with external supply chain consultants on upcoming expansion projects.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or Administration;
- 2 years of related experience in the Transport/Retail Industry;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Strong knowledge of Excel;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerBI;
- Strong customer service and communication skills both in French and English;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
