We are currently seeking an Finance MBA or Master's level intern for a challenging experience based Internship to contribute to an innovative and groundbreaking project in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI). This is designed largely as a remote placement however can also be a hybrid internship (Chicago or Toronto). In this engagement/applied learning internship you'll gain unparalleled experience in a high-growth, dynamic environment, directly interfacing with senior management and largely different from any other internship. It will be a demanding internship and will require you to bring the best version of yourself to the table, but for those who embrace this, it will be a richly rewarding experience as well as a great compliment to your academic investment.

**What You'll Do**:

- Conduct business analysis to evaluate financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in capital markets engagement activities, such as investor relations, private equity discussions, funds, and grants strategy.
- Contribute to financial modeling efforts to assess investment opportunities, forecast financial outcomes, and support financial planning.
- Develop comprehensive financial business plans to drive growth initiatives and funding activities.
- Support the development of valuation models for potential investments and assist in financial due diligence.

**About You**:

- Currently pursuing an MBA or any related Master's field degree, with a focus on finance, accounting, or investment management. Can also be a recent Graduate of the above mentioned programs.
- Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to perform complex financial analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively present financial information.

This is a full-time, paid internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months (520 hours). We do have some flexibility with possible Part-time placements providing it is to accommodate for academic responsibilities or visa restrictions but the total hours required remains the same. With flexibility comes increased responsibility to this and will require a higher concentrated effort in order to be current with projects, align with your team and to extract the value this internship is engineered to award. The compensation will be $32-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
