Logistics Student

**Summer Employment Opportunity**

**Monday to Friday, Full-Time Hours**

**ASAP to September 1, 2023**

Reporting to the Commander, the Logistics Student will assist with receipt, delivery, inventory and restock of Paramedic Service assets and equipment. The Logistic Student may also be required to assist with logístical supports for special events such as public gatherings and drive-thru clinics.
- **Qualifications**:_
- Current enrolment in a College or University program. Registration in September 2023 at a post-secondary institution is a pre-requisite.
- Valid Class “G” drivers’ license.
- Assists Fleet Mechanic with organizing activities related to the placement, servicing and of ES vehicles.
- Proficient in the use of computers, iPads, and computer software (Microsoft Excel, Word, Apple iOS etc.).
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving background.
- Good interpersonal skills coupled with an ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written forms.
- Other duties in the provision of Emergency Services as assigned by the Commander.
- Must provide personal CSA approved safety boots/footwear.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Seasonal
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: $15.50 per hour
