We’re looking for a **Manager, Analytics & Reporting - Digital Distribution** to join our growing team
You will take charge of the analytics and reporting needs of the Digital Distribution team, managing a diverse and high-performing group of data analysts located in Toronto and Montreal. You will also develop strong relationships with several internal groups that also are involved with customer/broker digital adoption and our online sales channels.
**What you’ll do here**:
- Oversee the overall analytics and reporting for an emerging and growing business unit. Drive profitable digital growth by creating and communicating thoughtful analyses of digital acquisition or sales initiatives across multi-provincial contact centres and brokers
- Partner with key business units to identify and prioritize data and reporting needs and transform those into actionable insights that drive results, such as regional business teams and business development.
- Provide leadership to the team as it continues to evolve into new areas such as predictive analytics, machine learning, and growth strategies. Perform continuous improvements to tools, data and reports developed or used by Digital Distribution in partnership with Intact Digital & Data Labs, Actuarial Insights, Marketing and Underwriting
- Manage a high-performing, high-output team - support and communication to senior management on performance and business partners in meeting special requests for data and insight
- Ensure the highest standards and consistency of data and analytics
- Qualifications**What you bring to the table**:
- Bachelors’ Degree in Actuarial Science, Business, Marketing or Insurance required
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in property & casualty, financial services or technology
- Previous management experience is an asset
- Bilingualism is an asset; working proficiently in English is a requirement
- Have a strong proficiency in SAS, SQL, VBA, Excel, Power BI
- Creative problem solving: high tolerance for complex and ambiguous data problems
- Excellent strategic communication skills; comfort in presenting to senior management
- Teamwork and collaboration: You are great at managing and working with a number of different business teams and jointly owned goals and metrics
