**Job Description**:
Based out of the Regional Office, Toronto and reporting to the Executive Director, Labor Management, Fairmont, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Act as operational support for 1,400 system users in the region fielding operational questions and troubleshooting system issues.
- This position will assist with regular monthly online training courses to ensure continuous training class availability for certification. The position will additionally assist in the maintenance of the training system, adding new users and maintaining certification status for users to report back to hotels.
- Assist with benchmarking and hotel standards analysis to provide hotels with clear and valuable feedback on their opportunities for improvement.
- Assist in the performance of hotel LMS process and procedure audits
- Assist with implementations of new LMS hotels
- Assist in month end reporting (Report Cards) and implementation of Dashboard LMS technology
**Qualifications**:
- 2 years in finance or hotel operating management
- Managing or analyzing labor in a hotel environment a plus
- Comfortable with computer systems; competent using Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
- Previous experience working with the Unifocus LMS tools a plus
- Good analytical skills
- Comfortable working with people at all levels of management
- Previous training experience helpful
VISA REQUIREMENTS: Must already be legally entitled to work in Canada to be considered for the position.
