**1. Qualifications**:
- **Degree Requirement**:
An undergraduate or Master’s degree, or equivalent (3 years of full-time study, or 1 year for a Master’s).
or
A full DELTA (all three modules completed
- **TEFL/TESOL Qualification**:
A recognized TEFL/TESOL qualification at least at the Certificate level, or
EFL/ESOL-related studies as part of a degree, or
A degree in Education that includes English language studies.
All qualifications must be verified by a reputable institution. Applicants may need to provide transcripts and original certificates (translations required if not in English).
**2. Teaching Experience**:
- At least three years of full-time TEFL teaching experience (or equivalent part-time), primarily with adult students (16+), in face-to-face settings.
- Full-time teaching is defined as a minimum of 14 hours per week.
- Freelance and volunteer teaching is not counted, but online classroom teaching from a reputable institution may be accepted if supported by ongoing training.

**Job Type**: Casual
Pay: $45.00-$51.75 per hour
Expected hours: 4 - 30 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
