We are seeking someone to join our team as a **Credit Specialist** in Bridgewater.

**What we are doing to keep you safe**:

- Strictly adhering to protocols set by our governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals
- Providing hand sanitizing stations, disinfectant wipes, masks and gloves for employee use
- Enhancing cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning team
- Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointments

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in or knowledge of sub-prime financing
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Well organized and able to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of reading credit reports and scores
- Strong computer literacy and time management skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Co-ordinate lease and finance agreements with lending institutions for individuals with sub-prime credit
- Work effectively with a follow-up system
