HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE:

- Enter and review invoice and coding information in OpenInvoice system and/or SAP
- Route invoices for approval and payment within OpenInvoice
- Provide timely assistance in resolving vendor invoicing, credits, and payment issues
- Provide support to the Production & Joint Venture Accounting, Capital Accounting, and Accounts Payable teams as required
- Participate in various projects as needed

WHAT YOU BRING:

- Actively enrolled in an undergraduate degree or diploma program at a Canadian post-secondary institution in Canada, and must be returning to undergraduate studies after the work term
- Enrolled in an Accounting or Business program, preferably in 3rd or 4th year
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is considered an asset
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, with demonstrated complex problem-solving and decision-making skills
- The ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with your team, peers, and diverse business groups
- Strong time and data management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
