**Position Details**:
**What You Will Do**
- Review documents to determine recovery or salvage remittance
- Order all police reports as required
- Ensure adequate reserving practices
- Identify responsible parties and place on notice/ create recovery packages
- Proactive diary with and regular follow up calls with members, TPA, PC’s, etc.
- File reporting as per company procedure including processing payments
- Ensure immediate and effective responses are provided through written/telephone communication to the following; (lawyers, clients, third parties)
- Ongoing processing of claims, detailed and thorough liability and quantum investigation, needs analysis, and delivery of superior customer service
- Determine that proper reserves have been established

**Who You Are**
- Post-secondary education completed and equivalent work experience in a related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in claims, subrogation or collections
- CIP/FCIP designation or Collection License an asset
- Paralegal experience as asset
- Property Claims Experience is an asset
- Excellent customer service experience
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work in cross functional teams
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong negotiations and analytical skills
