Job Title: Taper

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform tapering tasks to achieve seamless and smooth finishes on drywall surfaces
- Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements
- Collaborate with carpenters and other team members to ensure precise measurements and installations
- Execute caulking and sealing tasks to enhance the durability of finished surfaces
- Assist with general maintenance person duties as needed on construction sites

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Taper in the construction industry
- Proficiency in drywall finishing techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Experience in construction painting is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for finishing touches
- Drywall installer /taper responsible person for team work

Pay: $22.66-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 per week
