Lead Generation Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries
- Qualify leads and gather relevant information to determine their potential as customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and conversion
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities in Salesforce or similar CRM system
- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and make necessary adjustments
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Bilingual in English and French is a plus
- Familiarity with technology sales is preferred
- Proficient in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers. You will be responsible for generating leads through various channels, nurturing relationships with prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into customers. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to negotiate effectively, and a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
