Labourer / Gradesman

**Job Opportunity: Gradesman / Labourer**

**Position**: Gradesman / Labourer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with grading and leveling during excavation and site preparation projects.
- Operate small equipment and tools as needed for various tasks.
- Perform manual labor, including shoveling, raking, and site clean-up.
- Ensure accurate grade stakes are set and maintained throughout the project.
- Collaborate with the excavation team to ensure project specifications are met.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Gradesman or Labourer in construction or earthworks.
- Strong understanding of grading techniques and the ability to read grade stakes.
- Experience with small equipment operation is an asset.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions.
- Must hold a valid driver’s license and be eligible to work in Alberta.

Pay: $20.00-$27.00 per hour
