**Bilingual Finance Assistant
Full-time, 35 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Main Office (201 Jogues Street, Sudbury)
**Summary**:
This position provides support in the processing & the administration of:
Payroll;
Human Resource Management;
Billing.
This position works closely with all members of the Finance Team and is cross-trained to provide assistance to other
positions as needed.
This position reports to the Manager, Finance & Payroll Services.
**Qualifications: **
Excellent written and verbal skills in both official languages (French/English)
Excellent interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft suites (Word, Excel, etc)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to multi-task
Possesses drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail
Excellent time management and problem solving skills
Ability to adapt to change and to a fast paced environment
Ability to work with confidential information
Ability to work independently and as a team member
College diploma in Business Administration or related field an asset
Knowledge of SAGE Accounting Software an asset
Knowledge and experience of payroll and benefit processing procedures an asset
