_Atlas-Apex Roofing (BC) Inc. located in Richmond, BC, are looking for experienced, practiced Service Roof Technicians and Service Roof Assistant/Labourer positions for full time employment_
- Wage range from $42.00 - $55.00/hr for Service Foreman position relative to skills, industry knowledge and qualifications**_
- Wage range from $27.00 - $37.00/hr for Service Assistant position relative to skills, industry knowledge and qualifications**_
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Installing, repairing or replacing a variety of roofing systems_
- Diagnostic investigations and emergency services;_
- Roof upgrades, installations, and deletions;_
- On-call opportunities;_
- Site mobilizations;_
- Stripping and disposing of old roof,_
- Loading and unloading material;_
- Job site clean-up._
- **Skills/Qualification**_
- Must be a team player who is dependable and reliable_
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced, high energy environment on the roof_
- Weight handling can be over 45kg_
- Work environment is on the roof and/or on the grounds that are dusty and noisy_
- Worker must wear necessary Protective Equipment including but not limited to Safety Boots and Hi Vis vests_
- Own transportation is an asset_
- Ability to learn and follow our extensive safety policy_
- TQ or Red Seal certificate is would be an asset but not compulsory_
- Intermediate English skills_
