**Lineman - Telecom** to join its team.

Under the responsibility of the Project Manager, the Splicer is responsible for making the required connections for the construction of fiber optic networks. He has an essential role in the quality of FTTH projects.

**Responsibilities**:
**Here is a preview of your day-to-day**:

- Install, maintain, inspect, and repair telecommunication lines and cables.
- Assemble and repair cables and optical fibres.
- Climb poles or ladders to work at heights.
- Climb ladders or use aerial ladders to work at heights.
- Lay and maintain cables in confined spaces (trenches, tunnels, etc.).
- Operate diggers or other heavy equipment as required.

Qualifications:
**A summary of the skills required to be successful in this position**:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as Telecom Lineman;
- Excellent physical condition and good skills for manual work;
- Ability to work in various climatic conditions both in summer and in winter;
- Autonomy, methodical and proactive;
- Great ease of adaptation and teamwork;
- High mobility to carry out projects throughout Ontario.
