Aionmeta is part of the CAPRiser Group family and currently seeking a new technological leader to lead their solution development.

As a member of the Solution Development team, as well as part of the Information Systems & Technology (IS&T) leadership, the Vice President, Solution Development supports delivering technology projects that address business needs and deliver true value to the operators in business units within the Group. This includes project planning, prioritization, requirements definition, solution designs, issues management, status reporting, and executive communications. The role requires strong project management office experience, systems development lifecycle (SDLC) experience, systems analysis/design, requirements definition, and team leadership experience.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Project Management Office - oversee full project management lifecycle for a portfolio of projects involving development of requirements, functional and technical specifications, project plans, implementation plans, and status reports/business communications;
- Manage the Solution team for resource planning, work quality, deliverables and timeliness;
- Manage vendors ensuring open and transparent relationship that clearly defines the preferential status and demonstrates a beneficial service/commercial rates;
- Work in close partnership with the IS&T Partners and Strategy teams to consolidate the strategic needs and desires of the business to identify and prioritize future initiatives.
- Develop and support a culture of constant review, measure and improvement both within IS&T and its primary areas of support.
- Prepares and presents full solutions overviews and project details - functional and technical - to executive leaders within GEG.
- Ensures the standards and procedures are being followed.
- Identifies and implements project management office and team collaboration / communication process improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis, or a related study, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an exceptional ability to communicate in English. The ability to communicate in Cantonese and/or Mandarin will be an advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation.
- Excellent ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Exceptional knowledge of financial models and budgeting.
- Exceptional ability to tactfully and positively manage and maintain business relationships.
- PMP is a plus.

*Applicants with less experience will be considered for Director position.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$160,000.00 per year
