**Job Description**:
As a Spin Lab Spin Instructor, you will be the catalyst for positive change in the lives of our members. You'll create an atmosphere of energy, positivity, and determination, ensuring every participant leaves your class feeling invigorated and ready to conquer the world.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead dynamic and engaging spin classes, guiding participants through challenging workouts.
2. Motivate and inspire individuals to push their limits, both mentally and physically.
3. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome and encouraged.
4. Educate participants on proper form and technique, ensuring a safe and effective workout.
5. Continuously evolve your classes with innovative routines to keep them fresh and exciting.
Qualifications:
- Passion for health and fitness
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to connect with and motivate diverse individuals
- Positive, energetic, and empowering attitude
- Certification as a Spin Instructor is not required
- In-house training is provided
- Prior Fitness Instructor experience is an asset but not required

**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: $40.00-$60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 - 5 per week
