**Your future responsibilities**
- Plan and carry out all electrical maintenance and repairs in the resort;
- Install, maintain, test, troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical equipment and related electrical and electronic controls (pumps, compressors, lifts);
- Interprets electrical schematics, blueprints and electrical code specifications to determine location of industrial electrical equipment;
- Performs preventive maintenance programs and maintains maintenance records;
- Order materials from suppliers and maintain inventory control;
- Perform maintenance on building ventilation system (lubrication and belt alignment);
- Maintain, repair and replace motors and pumps for all building systems (e.g. pumps at Lake Tourville);
- Adopt safe work practices and wear mandatory safety equipment;
- The above mentioned duties are not restrictive; other related duties in line with this job and description or in accordance with his/her abilities, if needed, may be assigned.

**Your skills and assets**
- Professional degree in electricity or electromechanics of automated systems;
- Certificate of qualification as an industrial electrician (asset);
- 5 years of relevant experience;
- Work at heights/confined space certification (asset);
- WHMIS certification (asset);
- Knowledge of high and low power circuits;
- A valid driver's license (asset);
- Experience in driving snowmobiles and recreational vehicles (asset);
- Basic knowledge of the Office Suite;
- Ability to lift heavy objects (between 50 and 100 lbs);
- Understanding of the terms of the field in English;
- Ability to analyze and solve problems;
- Thoroughness and accuracy;
- Sense of observation and initiative;
- Ability to adapt and work under pressure.
