**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
**Role**:
CoolIT Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our Manufacturing Team. The Production Manager will lead a dedicated team of Production Supervisors, overseeing the manufacturing process and ensuring that our cooling products are produced efficiently, on time and according to quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement production plans and schedules to meet customer demand while maximizing efficiency and minimizing costs.
- Supervise and motivate production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed to ensure high levels of safety, quality, performance, and productivity.
- Monitor production processes and implement quality control measures to ensure products meet established standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and quality assurance, to resolve production issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage inventory traceability and coordinate with warehousing to ensure adequate materials and supplies are available to support production schedules.
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance, reduce waste, and increase profitability.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in production management, technology, and equipment.
- Assessing and communicating production goals / efficiencies and needs to the Team Leaders as needed, and leading initiatives to meet and exceed targets and KPI’s.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Lean Manufacturing Systems & implementation of a Quality Manufacturing program.
- Strong technical and mechanical aptitude and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver results on short and long-term projects by demonstrating skills in planning, executing, and following through on action items.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook programs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A bachelors degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial technology, or a related field
- Possess P.Eng designation or similar professional credentials.

**Skills**:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Detail orientated and very organized.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
- Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret goals, objectives, and policies.
