**Role: Network Manager**

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Experienced in Production Network Environment of an enterprise impacting 100+ users
- Handling escalated incidents or high critical tickets
- Predicting Risk/Impact and Participating in Major Changes
- Reporting & Performance Dashboards with Capacity Planning
- Technical Team (5-10 members) & Vendor Management
- Technical Transition & Documentation skills (Onsite to Offshore)
- Design, Migration and upgradation of existing infrastructure

**Technical Skills (Core & Top-Up)**

**Must have**:

- Expert on design, configuration and implementation of Data Center Network, QoS Configuration
- WAN Interface, Protocol configuration and WAN Network Troubleshooting
- Routers and Switching infrastructure management & configuration
- Provides 3rd level technical support on data network related issues.
- Network IP address design and optimization.
- Experience in systems like Cisco Nexus, Juniper, F5 CSS/CSM, ACE etc

**Nice to Have**:

- Configure and Troubleshoot Network optimization solutions like Riverbed, Cisco WAAS etc.
- Experience in Network Security/Proxy Server Operational support
- H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination
- Log monitoring / maintenance

**Process Tools**

**Must have**:

- Remote system administration
- Expertise in automation and reduction of manual efforts through Scripting/tools
- Incident, Change & Problem management
- Configuration management
- Capacity Planning

**Nice to Have**:

- Vendor Management

**Behavioural Skill**

**Must have**:

- Supporting escalated tasks/incidents
- Fair Written & Verbal Communication Skills
- Technical Team management of up to 10 resources

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience of handling global customers

**Salary**: $130,000.00-$135,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- Data center: 5 years (preferred)
