**Current Rate of Pay**: Min $20

**Current Shifts**: Days and Evenings, 1 out of 2 weekends - 8 hours

**Position Summary**:
The Pharmacy Coop (BPMH) student will primarily focus on collecting and documenting admission medication histories for patients in the Emergency Department and on the inpatient care floors.

**Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Abilities**:

- Pharmacy experience preferred
- Experience with best possible medication history and/or MedsCheck is an asset
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a self-directed manner as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service when interacting with patients, families, colleagues and physicians
