Pillar5 Pharma Inc., an industry leading Canadian CDMO specializing in off-the-shelf sterile pharmaceuticals for the North American market, has an opening for an Accounts Payable Administrator in Arnprior, ON. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, the Accounting Administrator is responsible for creating/maintaining computerized records and for providing data for input into the general accounting system. You will also be responsible for accounts payable and receivable functions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Recording amounts due to vendors, verification of invoices and ensuring expense coding and cheque issuance are completed accurately and timely.
- Validating and entering credit card transactions
- Preparing journal entries
- Maintaining various accounting spreadsheets
- Various ad-hoc duties as requested by Manager and/or Director of Finance

**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- University Degree or college diploma (accounting is preferred)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
- High level of proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel
- Effective communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of personnel.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated planning, organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience with SAP would be an asset.

**SCHEDULE**:

- Monday - Thursday: 7 - 3:30 pm
- Friday: 7 - 12:30 pm
