Heuvelmans is looking to expand our team and hire a **Service Advisor **for our dealership.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the bridge between our customers and our service technicians. You will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, recommending services, and ensuring a smooth and efficient service process. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely updates, accurate service estimates, and a clear explanation of service work performed. This role works closely with the Service Technicians and Tower Operator for a seamless customer experience.

This is a **full-time** position that requires availability Monday to Friday from, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and must be willing to work a rotating Saturday shift from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM.

**Major Responsibilities**
- Greeting customers and evaluating their service needs.
- Provide accurate estimates for service work, including parts and labor.
- Writing work orders for technicians in the main shop.
- Cashing out service customers.
- Explain service work and any recommendations for additional services to customers.
- Excellent communication with customers, providing regular communication regarding the status of the work.
- Answering phone calls and scheduling of service appointments.

**Qualifications/Competencies**
- Valid full G driver’s license is required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic understanding of car mechanics and basic computer skills.
- High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
- Experience in the automotive industry is an asset, but not required.
