**Responsibilities**:

- ** Consult with business clients to determine system functional specifications and partner with multiple teams and other units to meet organizational objectives especially related to reports.**:

- ** Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of scope, objectives and system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects and reports.**:

- ** Evaluate evolving business requirements and recommend appropriate enhancements.**:

- ** Work with global BA and Dev teams to perform data analysis. Basic knowledge of data modeling is necessary.**:

- ** Provide in-depth and sophisticated analyses with interpretive thinking to define problems, develop innovative solutions and influence functional decisions.**:

- ** Collaborate with developers to translate business requirements into technically feasible and efficient solutions and transition requirements to QA team and assist in test scenario development.**:

- ** Oversee project deliveries to ensure they remain on track and communicate risks and impacts.**:

- ** Propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of technology, timelines, resources and regulatory requirements.**:
**Qualifications**:

- ** 6-10 years of relevant experience**:

- ** Experience in data analysis with **intermediate/advanced** Microsoft Office Suite skills**:

- ** Proven interpersonal, data analysis, diplomatic, management and prioritization skills.**:

- ** Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication**:

- ** Proven ability to manage multiple activities and build/develop working relationships.**:

- ** Proven self-motivation to take initiative and master new tasks quickly.**:

- ** Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and approach work methodically with diligence.**:
**Education**:
**Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience**:
**Master's degree preferred.**:
