Sports Sales Representative

**Role Proposition**:
**Physical Requirement**:
Light, work activities involve handling loads of 5 kg but less than 10 kg, predominately indoor setting.

**Accountabilities**:

- Daily operation of the Sales desk in the Village Day Lodge
- Primary contact for guests regarding lessons, lift tickets, Season Passes sales, summer activities as well as resort information
- Sales Desk duties, including booking Sports School lessons
- Deals with guests in an efficient, courteous, respectful, and friendly manner
- Demonstrates a commitment to exceeding the customer’s expectations
- Manages all cash transactions in a secure and accurate manner
- Highly organized and efficient in the workplace
- Always follows company policies and procedures
- Security and accountability of tickets and cash
- Balancing daily sales to computer reports
- Highly developed guest relations skills with the ability to assess the needs and up-sell our products
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to work responsibly and independently
- Strong computer and cash-handling skills
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual team player
- Previous customer/guest service experience
- A good knowledge of the regional area and a willingness to learn
- Previous experience in selling Sports School lessons as an asset
- Well organized with the ability to multi-task and work to tight timelines
