Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the establishment, including managing staff and ensuring smooth workflow
- Conduct interviews and hire qualified individuals for various positions within the establishment
- Train and develop employees to enhance their skills and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Manage cash handling procedures, including reconciling cash drawers
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with distiller and kitchen to co-ordinate events
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the bar

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven ability to interview, train, and manage a team effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic accounting principles

- Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
- Able to execute classic cocktails in a timely manner with confidence i.e. Martini, Old Fashioned, Negroni, Whiskey Sour etc.
- Knowledgeable and experienced in common bartending conventions
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and ability to follow proper sanitation procedures

**Requirements**:

- Must have Smart Serve Certification

Recommended:

- 2-5 Years of bartending experience
