Brick and Stone Mason

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Construct walls, arches, and other structures using bricks and blocks according to specifications.
- Renovate and restore existing masonry structures while maintaining their historical integrity.
- Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively during construction projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to accurately execute design plans.
- Utilize hand tools for cutting, shaping, and finishing masonry materials.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time and within specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

**Skills**
- Proficient in masonry techniques including building, renovating, and restoring structures.
- Experience with power tools such as saws, drills, and mixers.
- Ability to read schematics and blueprints effectively.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation relevant to masonry tasks.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools for precise masonry work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00-$36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
