Leduc, Canada DELUX BURGER BAR Full time

**Job Summary**:The Line Cook position is responsible for producing all menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following the specifications, recipes, and techniques of Delux Burger Bar.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Ensure consistency and compliance with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Learn and maintain knowledge of all menu items and specials
- Setup and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Prepare food for service
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area including dish pit, fridges, and freezers
- Assist in start-of-shift and end-of-shift duties to open and close the restaurant
- Stock inventory appropriately
- Audit inventory and dispose of food safely when required
- Answer, report, and follow General Manager instructions
- The Line Cook will perform additional duties as assigned._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-35 per week

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

**Experience**:

- Cooks: 1 year (preferred)
- cooking: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Food Safe, SafeCheck, Food Handler or equivalent (required)
