Automotive Shop Cleaner

**Kia on Hunt Club looking to hire a Shop Cleaner that is available to start immediately.**

Work Hours: Monday to Friday noon to closing (8:00pm)

Location: Bank Street Hyundai - 2788 Bank Street Ottawa, ON K1T 1N3

Compensation: $18.00 per hour

Job Environment: Automotive Dealership Service Shop (Garage)

Requirement:

- Must be able to complete physical tasks (example: changing garbage bins weighing 30 lbs+), previous cleaning experience as asset, complete WHMIS training
- Must be able to work independently, safety conscious, dependable and reliable. Must be able to complete WHMIS 2015 and Health and Safety Training

Duties

1. Sweep the floor removing any dirt and debris

2. Use oil absorbent to remove any oil or fluid spills

3. Spray down shop floor

4. Scrub shop floor

5. Squeegee shop floor

6. Empty all garbage bins in the shop

7. Move all oil containers to pump and pump out used oil

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Experience**:

- General Labour: 1 year (required)
- Industrial Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
