Kostklip® Manufacturing is looking for a **Full-Time, Permanent Extrusion Machine Operator**.

Kostklip® is an innovative, customer-focused manufacturer of shelf-edge marketing products. A privately-owned company that started in 1969, kostklip® has grown to be one of North America's leading designers and manufacturers of shelf-edge labeling products.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Responsibilities shall include but not be limited to:

- Set up and operate one or more extruding machines which extrude plastic composites products through a nozzle or die
- Change dies on extruding machines according to production line change
- Troubleshoot, maintain and make minor repairs to equipment
- Monitor quality of material produced
- Maintain inventory of material and clean working area

**EXPECTATIONS**

You are:

- Able to work a 12hr/day rotating shift (this is a 24-hour, 7-day a week operation)
- Self-starter with a positive attitude that takes pride in producing a quality product
- Growth orientated, with a desire to learn and be promoted
- Possess good math skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Detail-oriented, organized and customer focused
- Physically fit with the ability to lift 50lbs

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Experience working in an industrial / manufacturing environment
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently
- Desire to learn new skills and take part in our in-house training
