**Discover your future responsibilities as a Driver Trainer**:

- Train new and upgrading drivers in safe and preventive driving;
- Conduct driving tests for new drivers;
- Develop training tools to be used during driver integrations;
- Act as an expert on various committees, including the Occupational Health and Safety Committee;
- Provide telephone support for the driver technology support line (on-call period).

**To become a Driver Trainer at Harnois Énergies, you must**:

- Hold your Class 1 FM ;
- Be comfortable traveling to different regional offices;
- Have good communication and teaching skills;
- Be up to date with current government policies and regulations;
- Know the rules governing the transportation of hazardous materials;
- Have a very good knowledge of rules related to driving hours and electronic logs;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially PowerPoint.
