**Job Description**:
We are looking for a People Operations Manager to join our growing team Reporting to the SVP, People you will support our People & Culture initiatives at Viral Nation with a primary focus on HR programs, policy, systems and analytics. How You’ll Make An Impact Here:

- Develop and continuously improve people operations and programs that enhance the experience of every Viral Nation employee
- Work with HR Business Partners and own all aspects of people compliance globally, including our practices, policies and data governance.
- Own the evaluation and maintenance of our people systems and programs related but not limited to performance management, employee engagement, onboarding/offboarding, and benefits
- Support the planning and facilitation of team events and initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging
- Co-own roll-out and plan of a successful Return to Work strategy
- Be the first point of contact for employees on inquiries related to people programs, policy, and processes. You will manage requests and problem solve to provide effective solutions
- Own the relationship with our tool providers and the main point of contact for system updates, renewals and upgrades. You will work with the SVP, People for budgeting, strategy discussions and contract negotiations
- Support and enable the strategy and development of People data, analytics, reporting, and insights
- Create and maintain People dashboards and scorecards that track key performance metrics.
- Process employment changes and maintain data integrity in all systems, ensuring compliance and conducting regular audits

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in People Ops/HR roles in a high-growth start-up environment where you owned people functions and delivered measurable results.
- You have strong experience successfully managing programs and contributing to the employee experience and life cycle, with experience managing end to end programs
- Working knowledge of Canadian and United States employment legislation
- Technologically proficient with an ability to learn new software and platforms
- Strong communication skills with the ability to distill complex content into clear, concise and engaging communications with speed and accuracy
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage and analyze data from multiple sources
- Experience developing and executing communications strategies, plans, programs and events from inception to completion
