**De quelle façon aurez-vous un impact**:
Vous serez responsable d'effectuer des transactions en espèces, de vérifier les tiroirs-caisses, de donner de la monnaie, de compter les encaissements et de remplir les rapports de caisse.

**En tant que caissier.ère, vous devrez**:

- Effectuer des transactions de vente dans les délais requis
- Saisir toutes les ventes dans la caisse enregistreuse pour assurer que tous les achats sont enregistrés avec exactitude
- Respecter les procédures normalisées pour effectuer des remboursements en argent comptant
- Communiquer avec les clients et résoudre leurs plaintes de manière aimable et orientée sur l’excellence du service
- Être responsable de tous les fonds de caisse et les encaissements assignés en s'assurant que le tiroir-caisse est conforme aux normes d'excédent/de déficit de caisse
- Assurer le respect des normes de service de la compagnie et des procédures de contrôle des espèces
- S’assurer du respect de toutes les exigences en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité
- Faire des recommandations, effectuer la vente croisée des produits et en présenter des nouveaux
