Houseperson Overnight

THE ROLE & RESPONSBILITY & REQUIREMENTS - Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms;
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed;
- Greet guests in a friendly manner;
- Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed;
- Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed;
- Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair;
- Flip mattresses and move furniture as assigned by manager or supervisor;
- Vacuum, sweep and/or mop hallways, stairwells, vending areas and foyers;
- Greet and acknowledge quests;
- Stock linen with amenities and supplies from room attendants; may include taking supplies directly to attendants;
- Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service;
- Empty room attendant carts of soiled linen and trash;
- Maintain cleanliness of public bathroom and public areas during evening events;
- All other duties as assigned Requirements: - Friendly personality;
- Guests first attitude;
- Able to lift 50 plus pounds, climb ladder, stand and walk for long periods of time;
- Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, stooping, kneeling, and walking significant distances on property;
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions;
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally in English;
- Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise move packages, boxes and luggage up

**Salary**: $22.92-$23.85 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
